FinMin, Naidu to attend CII GCC Summit in Vizag today

Visakhapatnam: Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman and Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu will attend Global Capability Centres (GCC) Summit being hosted by Confederation of India (CII) here on Wednesday. Sitharaman will address a convention of GST reforms in the morning and attend the afternoon session of GCC summit. Naidu will attend a programme being held at Andhra University on 'Nari Shakti' immediately after his arrival from Vijayawada. The summit assumes importance in the wake of the State Government 's decision to encourage GCCs to establish their office complexes in Visakhapatnam and other cities. ANSR and Eisai have already announced their plans to set up GCCs in Visakhapatnam.
